Burning Woman on display at the Beverly Center

Today marked the opening of a truly special group show at the Beverly Center - one that pushes boundaries and reimagines how we experience art in public spaces. Traditionally known for fashion and retail, the Beverly Center is now turning a corner by making space for contemporary artists to share their voice right in the heart of the mall. It’s not just about shopping anymore - it’s about creating a cultural dialogue in places we pass through every day.

I’m incredibly honored (and still kind of speechless) that one of my paintings was chosen as the centerpiece of this opening. To see my work displayed so prominently in such a high-traffic, unexpected space is surreal. It’s a reminder of how art can reshape environments and invite new perspectives, no matter the setting.

This group exhibition brings together a range of amazing artists, each bringing their own energy and vision. The diversity of styles and messages adds to the show's pulse - it’s vibrant, fresh, and undeniably LA.

If you're in LA, go check it out. You might just walk away with a new favorite piece - and a whole new perspective on what a shopping mall can be.
